INJECTION MOULDING & EXTRUSION

With more than 350 injection moulding machines (clamping force between 20 – 3200 tons) we are one of the marketleaders in Hungary. We offer a wide range of technologies to our customers: highgloss injection (RHCM), 2-3 components injection, nitrogen gas assisted technology, insert moulding, MUCELL, IMD (in mould decoration), IML (in mould labelling), vertical moulding. In extrusion process we produce PS, ABS, PP, PET, PP, PMMA multilayer sheets and rolls.

ASSEMBLY

The injected, painted, tampoo printed, hot stamped parts produced by us are assembled with purchased components. We mainly do preassembling activities, electrical assembly. Some years ago we started final product assembly (strollers, baby carriers). We have ESD proof environment and clean room technology. The prepared products undergo through strict aesthetical and functional inspections.

EPS PRODUCTION, BLOCK MOULDING

Our machine park consists of 22 Erlenbach shape moulding machines, 2 blockmoulding machines, cutting lines. We can process EPS, EPP, Arcel, EPE and NeoPor material. On our shape moulding machines we mainly produce packaging material and storing trays. Insulating blocks of different rigidity and of different size for the construction industry are produced on the block moulding machines.

BATTERY PRODUCTION

In a 37 000 squaremeter production hall in a closed circuit, after recycling used batteries, we produce new batteries. Our yearly capacity from traction batteries reaches 320 000 pcs and from starter type reaches 1 300 000 pcs. For passenger cars we offer punched+ and continuous casted- SMF (Sealded Maintenance Free) Ca/Ca batteries up to 100Ah. For use in trucks, buses and agricultural machines we offer gravity casted+ and continuous casted- hybrid HD (Heavy Duty) and SHD (Super Heavy Duty) batteries over 100Ah.

PACKAGING MATERIAL PRODUCTION FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY

In our Nagyréde factory site we form and print cups and buckets for diary products, in relation with this the aluminium closing foil is also cut to the correct size and also printed. (see more at Products). From 100% recycled PET raw material (printed and labelled) eggpacks are produced. Our portfolio is enlarged with meat trays as well.

EXTRUSION & FOIL BLOWING

Our extrusion lines are capable to process several types of raw material: PP, PC, PS, PMMA, PET Depending on the foil thickness we serve our customers with sheets and rolls. The application range of the sheets is so wide, such as packaging material or as a part of home entertainment devices or household electronic appliances. According to our customers needs we mainly produce transparent and white sheets, but nearly all colour is available. Foamfoil and plainfoil is cut, welded for bag, laminated, printed as per our partners’ and our requirements. Extrusion is an excellent way to process the PET, LDPE and HDPE material which are recycled in our Jászapáti factory site.

PAINT AND PLASTER PRODUCTION, CAR COSMETICS

We produce this group of products on three high-performance paint- and on three high performance plaster mixing machines. In our paint portfolio we can find indoor and outdoor paints, whitewash and penetrating primers. Plasters of different structure and of different grain size can be used either indoor or outdoor, either as facade or as plinth. We also offer plaster primers for them. We also produce summer and winter windscreen washers, antifreeze liquids and concentrates. (More information: www.carkit.hu).

LOGISTICS

You can meet us on the roads of Europe especially in Hungary. Mainly we deliver our goods with 40 trucks available for domestic transportation and 40 others for international transportation. Our customs office waits for its clients on weekdays from 8:00 until 16:00.

RECYCLING

Our company recycles 5 tons of lead acid battery per hour in order to produce new batteries in a closed circuit. After washing and grinding 4 tons of PET bottles per hour, the company produces eggpacks from 100% recycled raw material. In the portfolio of plastic recycling Jász-Plasztik Kft. processes also LDPE/HDPE foil with a capacity of 1,5 tons/hour.
